Episode 8 Transcript – In Vancouver’s skyline
Hi you’re here with Jessi Johnson.I’m on an airplane with my girlfriend Janakie. We are taking an airplane trip over beautiful Vancouver as you can see and we’re commenting on real estate in Vancouver and how Vancouver is a destination city that is surrounded by water. The value of properties, we’re having a very hot market right now and it’s tapering off a bit but will always hold its value. You won’t have these major drops like locations other than Vancouver. It’s rated one of the top cities in the world. I mean on the ground it’s surrounded by water and generally cities surrounded by water on a global scale do very well.
