Episode 9 Transcript – Legislation and Fireworks

This is Jessi Johnson and I’m live at the fireworks in Vancouver. It’s July 26th today. Anyways, before I get into the fireworks show here I want to give a quick chat about legislation and currently it’s up in the air right now. Zero down and interest only mortgages are no longer available as well as amortization periods going past 35 years. That is true to some extent. Some banks have jumped ship already but there are three insurance companies, one of them being AIG which has not opted, they still offer all the packages so it’s still available.
