Believe it or not they are actually dumping tons, hundreds of properties at way below market value. You’re saving somewhere between 25 to 40%.  Guaranteed 25% off. I feel like this is Boxing day. Essentially what you are looking at is Boxing day for real estate, believe it or not. I didn’t think this would ever happen but it is. I personally think this is an outstanding thing. I think I can get 4.49% on a 5 year. 1 year is coming in at 3.99% and the variable is at 4.1% and going down January 20th. Awesome.
