Episode 61 Transcript – Cenote Swimming & the Smith Manoeuvre

We are about to go swimming in the Cenote. Prior you can see the wonderful cenote bathroom and all the changing rooms, the after area and of course the showers for washing of any colognes and stuff like that before going in. Allright! Into the cenote. As I was saying before in the last video blog was the Smith manoeuvre. I think there are six overall techniques which I’m slowly studying right now. The next one using part of the first manoeuvre is using your tax deduction, tax cheque, to go back and instantly pay down your mortgage and you reinvest that money. You reborrow that money, so it’s like a line of credit, you reborrow that money back and invest it for hopefully 10% somewhere else.
