Episode 53 Transcript – Buying during the holidays

Hello! This is Jessi Johnson and I’m with Janakie. This is my poor, poor car. That’s Sandy, she owns the Bed and Breakfast we’re staying at. My comment right now is purchasing during the holidays, December and January, it’s a very good time to buy and write an offer due to the abundance of potential snow and poor weather. People are less tended to write an offer on a property. There’s snow in my sub. That’s very bad. Point of what I’m saying is, before I go repair my very expensive sound system, is purchasing during the holidays is a very good time because people don’t want to move, they don’t want to write offers, there’s less competition.
