Episode 43 Transcript – Importance of newsletters
Hello! You’re live with Jessi Johnson. What I would like to discuss with you today is the basic importance of newsletters for you as a client, friend or family member, past, future client, whoever. A great way for myself as a broker to keep in touch with you is through a monthly newsletter. This is good because it keeps me on the radar and keeps you up to date with all my information. The benefit to you of the newsletter is that you don’t need to keep track and keep my phone number handy at all times. You know it’s going to be in your email inbox. You probably don’t want to hear about mortgage news on a day to day basis. I do, but you don’t. This allows you to keep up to date with current trends. What if you are a variable rate mortgage client and you want to know if it’s a good time to lock in? This gives you updates on current rates whether they’re fixed or variable. It’s going to give you tons of secrets, how to pay your mortgage down faster, tips for renovations, how the current national economy is going to affect your ability to obtain a mortgage in the future, promoting my first time home buyer’s seminars. The new newsletters we’re coming out with actually have a really neat cartoon from this gentleman Randy that I actually purchase the rights for month to month. Either way, I have a newsletter, you can sign up for my newsletter on one of my websites, www.jessijohnson.com or www.firsthomeinfo.ca and you’ll be put on my list. If you are one of my existing clients, family or friend you are probably already on that list. You may not have received anything yet because I am actually still developing the perfect newsletter and it should be out in the next week or two. Again, you’ve got Jessi Johnson, www.firsthomeinfo.ca is my website. Make sure you’re on my monthly newsletter list. It’s something you will find very useful in the future. Have a good day!
