Episode 25 Transcript – October 15th

Hey! You are live with Jessi Johnson and it is Wednesday, September 16th. I am going for a walk from my office, Sutton Group West Coast Realty in Langley. I’m off to get myself an energy drink, get myself revved up, it’s 3 o’clock, do a couple hours of marketing before I head off downtown. My thought of the day today is October 13th is coming pretty quick. That is when legislation is changing two days following, October 15th, where the zero down mortgage and 40 year amortizations will cease to exist. 40 years will be dropped down to 35 years and zero down will not be around for too much longer. My thoughts are to you, if you are a realtor or another form of referral source, someone considering buying on your own or you have a friend or family member looking to take advantage of zero down or 40 year amortization, you are running out of time.
