Good evening! This is Jessi Johnson. It is August 26th and it’s about 10:30 in the evening. I am completely exhausted. I am working on putting together a few mortgage deals which are a bit time sensitive hence why I am working this late. My bit of the day is I was contacted by a friend of mine, Mr. Charles Blair, a very successful realtor that I do a fair amount of business with and his sister works as a self employed individual doing a company called sendoutcards.com. She works through that business. What this business is, this is awesome. I mean for me being an entrepreneur with tons of clients, I’ve got zillions of friends, family I want to keep on contact, not only do I want to keep on contact on a personal level but for a business sense, the term I use all the time, keeping on the radar is what puts food in my stomach. So this is a program that each time I complete a deal with a client I will send out a card to them with a gift certificate. I will customize, say thank you and all that jazz. I mean just respect to say thank you for doing business with you. This is something if you are not an entrepreneur that would do at Christmas time, for birthdays. This company, sendoutcards.com, what you do is you sign up. You pay an upfront fee. It’s not really that much. You’ll see it when you sign up online. But the cool thing is you pre-pay for these points and what happens is you get to go to this website. I’m hoping that you can see this. This is the main screen of my log-in screen. If I go to card catalogue, it allows me to pick the occasion for the type of card I’m looking for. So let’s say a Thank You card. I don’t know if you can see this but it gives you 1 of 555 thank you cards to pick from and I can pick which card I want. I can create a postcard. You can see down here you can send a postcard, a regular card that opens or a three panel card and you can fill in all your own custom information and your font. It’s really neat. It keeps track of your clients each time. Right here existing contact. You can go from there from your existing database. The benefit is you punch in your information for this card, if I don’t customize it, if I don’t add my own pictures and crazy stuff, it cost a dollar. They print your card, they even mail it for you. Now you have to pay the relevant postage which in Canada is 52 cents I think per shot. If you want to send off to Zimbabwe or Taiwan obviously your postage is going to be higher. Regardless of the fact that I can be sitting here at home on a Sunday, I’m obviously dressed appropriately, but if I choose to be in my underwear and conduct some business I can send out these cards to multiple people. I click my mouse, I send it. It costs me a whopping dollar to print it plus postage and you can even add gift certificates to it. It’s awesome, awesome, awesome!
