Jessi: You’re live with Jessi Johnson, inside of my car and no I’m not driving for the record. My point for today is with regards to all these false rumors that 1st home buyers will no longer be able to put 5% down. This is not true, I’m shocked with the amount of calls that we get all day long and emails of confused individuals because someone put a terrible rumor out there stating that the minimum down payment of first home buyers is going to increase to 10%, it’s not true, not t—rue at all.

So anyway, something could change down the road, however our economy is looking a lot better and I don’t think that’s going to happen. That’s all I have to say today.
