It’s not even about real estate. People get insurance quite often when they go abroad or overseas to go traveling. We actually made the mistake of buying it after we had already departed from Vancouver. You can’t do that. One of us got really ill and found out the hard way that we were S.O.L and it could’ve been really bad. The point of my story is make sure you get your insurance before.
