I totally concur with your comment on researching your mortgage professional prior to proceeding. I also agree that I probably should focus more on driving.

		<description>Your mortgage broker should be paying attention to what he&#039;s doing, in this case driving would be best.  An accelerated bi-weekly payment does not equal the same at the end of the month as a monthly payment otherwise it would be no different. Any chance you have to increase your payment amount and frequency will decrease your total interest paid and amortization period. 

Dealing with the largest leveraged loan you will probably ever have should be handled by a professional. Please due your due diligence when seeking a mortgage professional.</description>
